FMK Hospitality Group Expands Presence at Sawgrass Market with Three New Fast-Casual Concepts

THE VILLAGES, Fla. — [July 6, 2026] — FMK Hospitality Group is excited to announce its upcoming expansion into Sawgrass Market with the addition of three new walk-up, fast-casual restaurant outlets: Southern Tender, Sizzle ’N Smash, and Papa Joe’s Pizza.

The new concepts will bring fresh, convenient dining options to guests in the Sawgrass Market area, offering a variety of approachable favorites in a quick-service format. With these additions, FMK Hospitality Group will grow to a total of 18 restaurants, continuing its commitment to serving The Villages and surrounding communities with quality food, hospitality, and memorable dining experiences.

Southern Tender will focus on crispy chicken tenders and comfort-food favorites, while Sizzle ’N Smash will feature smash burgers and craveable quick bites. Papa Joe’s Pizza will offer pizza by the slice or full pizzas in a fast-casual setting, giving guests another convenient option to enjoy while visiting Sawgrass Market. Additional concepts are also expected to open in the near future.
