The Villages, FL – FMK Hospitality Group is proud to announce the opening of its newest dining destination, Prime + Ember Signature Steakhouse which opened its doors on Monday, November 10th at 11:00 AM. Located at 7030 Central Lake Drive, The Villages, FL, Prime + Ember will be the first restaurant at the newly developed Eastport Town Center. 

Marking FMK’s 14th restaurant, Prime + Ember introduces a sophisticated steakhouse experience to the southern portion of The Villages. The restaurant blends modern elegance with timeless design, offering a warm and refined atmosphere perfect for any occasion—from romantic dinners to celebrations with family and friends.
