Construction Progress Continues at LUMA Mediterranean Kitchen in Lake Sumter Landing

Excitement is building at LUMA Mediterranean Kitchen as construction continues at our newest location in Lake Sumter Landing. With major construction milestones behind us, the space is now entering one of the most exciting phases of the project—the finishing touches.

Inside the restaurant, crews are currently installing decorative tile, hanging wallpaper, and applying fresh paint throughout the dining room and guest areas. These design elements are helping bring LUMA's warm, inviting Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere to life.

Every detail is being carefully selected to create a welcoming space where guests can gather with family and friends while enjoying fresh Mediterranean flavors. From the colors and textures throughout the restaurant to the overall guest experience, the vision for LUMA is beginning to take shape.

The new Lake Sumter Landing location will build upon the success of our first LUMA Mediterranean Kitchen, offering guests a fast-casual dining experience featuring vibrant Mediterranean cuisine made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
