We’re thrilled to share that the renovation at Bonifay Country Club is complete—and it’s more stunning than ever!

As FMK Hospitality Group’s very first restaurant, which opened its doors in 2011, Bonifay holds a special place in our hearts. That’s why this transformation was so meaningful. Over the past two and a half weeks, we’ve worked tirelessly to reimagine the space from its original Caribbean beach theme to an elevated and sophisticated Hamptons Beach Club concept.

The result? A refined yet relaxed coastal atmosphere that’s perfect for everything from casual lunches to elegant dinners. This renovation was a true team effort, and we’re so grateful to everyone who contributed their time, talent, and passion to make it happen.

We look forward to welcoming back our loyal guests—and meeting new ones—as we begin this exciting new chapter.
